Freight & Shipment

• General. U.S. customers have the option of next day, second day, or regular freight.

  International customers: 

  • software from the download store at http://myprogramstore.com and Crucial memory from http://www.myramstore.com can be shipped internationally. You will be be given freight charges on their invoice during checkout.
  • When checking out in our other web stores, check their individual shipping policies to see if the products can be shipped to your country.

  For any delivery that is refused without our written permission, customers will be charged  $25.00 freight cancellation fee plus freight costs both ways.  Non U.S. customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs and all other related charges.

  We will not ship to P.O. Boxes (public or private* ). Shipments are subject to stock availability and customs restrictions. International customers are responsible for all tariffs, customs, taxes and related expenses.

  Same Day Shipping. If you place your purchase order by 1:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday, and the product is in stock and the day is not a holiday, and your order is being shipped to continental U.S., your order will normally be shipped that same day.

*public P.O. Boxes include those run or managed by government agencies or government sponsored entities; private P.O. Boxes include those run or managed by private industry or agency including companies such as Mail Boxes USA and the like.
